Preserving by the Pint is a great addition to any kitchen. I love that the author has taken time tested recipes and broken them down for the every day kitchen of 2015. Many of the recipes were ones that I haven't found elsewhere such as rhubarb chutney and the blueberry maple preserves. Yum!
Canning is becoming a lost art in this new age and I appreciate anything that 'preserves' the old way of doing things. Did I mention the great time savers included in this book? Some of these tips get you in and out of the kitchen faster than a ride through a fast food drive thru, and the result is so much healthier.
I encourage all lovers of homemade food to try this one out.
