Black Magic Woman

The Others

Daphanie never knew that one simple decision would change her life forever. Saying yes to one little mischievous imp throws Daphanie into a world that she had only dreamed of. Soon after entering this "Other" world she finds herself in trouble that only a Guardian could get her out of. Enter Asher, a dangerous and sexy guardian angel that recues Daphanie. But..the trouble doesn't end there. Asher needs not only to rescue Daphanie but to continue to keep her safe as well. Only problem is who is going to keep her safe from him.

I enjoyed reading this book for the most part. The only problem that I had was that Daphanie seemed a little wishie washie. She never really took on a life of her own and I had trouble connecting with her. The book was well written and I enjoyed reconnecting with the characters that I love from the other books in the series.

Book Blurb for Black Magic Woman

Daphanie Carter is thrilled that her sister Danice finally found her Prince Charming - even though he's not quite, well, human. Which is why she jumps at the chance to enter the hidden world of The Others when a friendly imp invites her to a non-human nightclub. Daphanie is curious to see how the Other half lives - and parties - but soon, one handsome stranger has her bewitched, bothered, and beside herself.
