Ever After at Sweetheart Ranch

A Valentine Valley Novel, #6

Small town books always catch my attention because their lives are so different from mine. They're like they're own little society in a little corner of the world. Everyone knows everyone and people notice if you’re new or a stranger comes into town. When tragedy strikes or something happens they come together and work as a community.

Lyndsay is part of this type of community, she's a middle school math teacher who decided to take a chance and publish her romance novel. Then gets an amusing boot in the face when the object/main subject of her book starts hanging out with her and her nephew, Ethan.

Emma Cane did a great job describing the scenery and people in the town. Lyndsay's and Will's reactions were real and I could relate to what each of them were going through.

Overall this was a good small town romance that pulls readers into a well-established community.
